Informal Objection filed 01/24/2014 by EDGEWATER BROADCASTING, INC. Requests waiver pursuant to Section 73.807(e)(1) with respect to WSTR and WUBL. Opposition filed 02/27/2014 by CASA VIDA, INC. The Informal Objection filed by Edgewater Broadcasting on 1/24/2014 IS HEREBY DENIED 3/10/2014 via Public Notice. No letter sent. Petitioner fails to demonstrate that grant of this application would violate any Commission rule or policy.
