11-13 4PM ET: It appears that the FCC Contours API has been restored and is operating reliably. The outage did cause residual issues with some eLMS qualified FM applications and amendments not receiving contour maps or HAAT data. We will address this by re-running those impacted applications through eLMS this weekend.
