Public Notice Comments: License to cover. Informal Objection filed 11/12/2015 by QUALITY RADIO PARTNERS, INC Opposition filed 05/02/2016 by WESTERN NORTH CAROLINA PUBLIC RADIO, INC. The Informal Objection filed by Quality Radio Partners on 11/12/2015 IS HEREBY DENIED 3/30/2017 via Public Notice. No letter sent. The objector fails to demonstrate that grant of this application would violate any Commission rule or policy. W268BS satisfied all applicable interference requirements of 47 CFR Section 74.1204 with its original construction permit BNPFT-20130327AMD and the subsequent modification BMPFT-20150923AMK. We note that the original W268BS permit was granted in April 2013, about six months before WBWT-LP filed its original application for a new LPFM facility to serve Greenville, SC. The subsequent modification of W268BS did not change the location of its interference contours with respect to WBWT-LP. Thus, we conclude that the constructed W268BS facility is in compliance with the Commission?s rules.
